Liverpool Yoga Centre

Liverpool Yoga Centre was founded to bring Yoga to the people of Liverpool, and is now running the UK Yogathon as we want to share the good message of Yoga to as many people as possible. The centre is located at 37 Hope Street, in the peaceful, secluded venue of an Edwardian townhouse. Yoga helps you to relax and teaches you how to deal with stressful situations more easily. It does this through teaching you how to relax your mind, and focus your inner energy where you need it to be. It is great for de-stressing, re-focusing, and reducing anxiety levels, especially as it can be applied to everyday situations.
